Still on the Market

We have now had 3 offers on the condo and all 3 have fallen through. It is a little frustrating, but we are still optimistic and hopeful. The hole for our house hasn't been dug yet so we still have time. We are hoping to have it sold in the next few weeks.

Don't be too quick, you could have happen what we did...sell your house before your new house is done and have to move your stuff into a storage unit and move in with Mom and Dad for a few months...

Rent out your condo! It's really not that hard. I have a lease you could use if you wanted. (This may not work if you need the equity in the condo to use as a down payment). Just a thought though.
